Tomich Woodside Shiraz 2021

Share

An emphasis on perfume here in this 2021 Shiraz. Concentrated blackberries, redcurrants and mulberry, a whip of bitter chocolate, black plum skin and rose petals. Such a bright wine with density and a cedar, cassia bark and ground allspice on the finish. This is in its infancy and will live a good while yet. Decant so you don’t miss a beat of those intoxicating aromatics. Drink with a top notch wood fired Pepperoni pizza.
