One of the most consistent performers in the Coldstream Hills stable, Deer Farm, is well known for its display of pretty florals and spices. It delivers them here alongside essence-like cherry, plum, spices and aromatics that build in concentration to reveal a solid core of pure pinosity. The palate carries real weight and a developing richness, showing a complexity beyond its youth. Tannins are detailed and elegant.  The finish lingers.
