Collector Ledger Grüner Veltliner 2022

Kaffir lime leaf, horseradish root, celery, there is a mild spiciness in this Tumbarumba Grüner, almost like having a ceviche or green curry (the one that I usually make: mild). A slate-like mineral undertone, and a faint of jasmine add up to the arresting profile of aromas. Vibrant, juicy, focussed, with a tonic like acidity and that lip smacking citrusy concentration coupled with a velvety caress, like having a scoop of freshly made lemon curd. Persistent and enticing, what’s not to love?
