Arrives with an impressive perky brightness before settling into a complexity that belies its youth. Cool climate characteristics take centre stage, a strong Adelaide Hills theme with this maker, with a lively acid drive and a citrus-strong fruit presence. Spring florals, lemon, grapefruit, pith and peel, white peach, lemon balm with a cashew nuttiness and almond meal. Palate glides on ripe fruits with a gentle grip and some smart oak handling on show. Combines freshness and a growing complexity.
