Cooper Burns Barossa Valley GSM 2022

Share

The blend is 70% Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 15% Mataro. A deep garnet hue for this Barossa blend, the nose gives us notes of red fruits, notably cherries, beef stock and warm earth. There is good ripeness here and the wine is powerful and poised while oak is evident and well handled. Moving to the palate, there is a sweet core of raspberries and chocolate. Showing good balance throughout, the wine is richly flavoured with fine, sleek tannins. A seamless style, this is rather delicious to enjoy now and over the next six years.
