Leeuwin Estate Brut 2022

Pale-mid straw with a detailed bouquet in yellow apple, citrus, honeysuckle, white flowers and biscuit. Margaret River is home to a relatively modest, but dedicated, group of sparklings. Here, the region’s number one white grape – Chardonnay – buddies with Pinot Noir to deliver a strong, citrus-focussed sparkling shaped by gentle florals, apple, biscuit and hints of rockpool and light creamy notes. Plenty of lemony bright acidity, plenty of Margs energy on show.
