Corryton Burge Pinot Gris 2023

White fruits, green melon, fresh stonefruit and pretty golden florals. A bit of summer countryside and rounded prettiness form an inviting Pinot Gris. On the palate: dried hay, a little coriander stalk herb, ripe stone fruit and florals. There is nice phenolic work here that provides a more unctuous, cheek-coating feel. Lighting bolt acidity, fuzzy bath salt texture and nice lemony, lime zest citrus notes on the finish.  Lovely little drop with solid intensity and length.
