Crabtree Estate Riesling 2025

A lovely example of Watervale Riesling, sourced from five separate blocks on the Crabtree vineyard. Like much of the region, the vines sit on classic terra rossa over limestone. The nose shows flinty bath salts and lemon zest, while the palate is deeply intense and lively. Subtle lemon zest weaves through the palate, combining with crisp, fine acidity to carry into a very long, racy, crunchy finish.
