This shy but engaging 2021 Pinot Noir offers up a rich core of brooding aromas – freshly turned earth, warm allspice and fennel seed against a core of chocolate blackberry. Then dry, mouthfilling and fleshy, it delivers good upfront power before settling into supple package with touches of dark liquorice although lacking a little energy on the finish.
