Flametree SBS 2024

A wide arching wine filled with blackberry leaf, white pineapple core and lemon oil spritz from the skin. It’s tight wired with thrilling acidity, whilst citrus and apple sorbet continue to give generously. Some cold butter and greek yoghurt line the base flavour, with a hint of honeydew on the finish. Delightfully fresh and energetic and well balanced creating harmony in the two varieties. Drink now with shucked oysters, followed by hot chips and battered fish.
