Hibiscus, red cherry jam, mulberry stem and baked blackberries. Dried sage leaf, cranberry studded chocolate and cinnamon. There are dried autumn leaves, clay and cedar. A good crunch to angular tannins and acidity that carries the red and black fruited flavours. Black tea leaf and a savoury portobello mushroom finish. The generosity of Ebenezer comes through with a well managed oak regime and nice savoury qualities. Drink with a dry rubbed spiced sirloin and fat chips.
