Howard Park Jeté Brut NV

Share

While the Howard Park Jeté vintage is a big statement of a wine, the Jeté Brut is your classic aperitif style – fine, detailed and crisp to start a celebration or as a casual drink.

It has all that you need in good sparkling wine – fine bubbles to give finesse, bright fruits and some well-integrated yeasty complexity. The wine is mid straw in colour and opens with green apple and citrus fruits that are lifted by subtle French dough complexity. On the palate the pinot noir comes to the party with some ripe strawberry and toasty flavours on a silky and lingering palate. It is delicious on its own but would also match up with a handful of smoked trout blinis.
