Welland Old Hands Shiraz 2019

Share

The best effort yet from Welland, this is a generous and hearty Barossan expression that will turn some heads thanks to its combination of vibrant fruit and impressive power. A deep ruby colour is followed by a dense core of blackberry, mulberry and new leather aromas complimented by a rich backbone of high quality oak. A robust palate is then punctuated by juicy acidity which underpins fruit pastille and roasted meat flavours through to a very long, and strong finish. Ample, integrated tannins also provide good cellaring potential.
