A generous aperitif, one that beautifully meshes white florals, citrus and apple with a rich cache of stone fruits. Overall, a nicely complex and engaging sparkling. Carries fresh, zesty white peach and citrus aromas with grilled grapefruit, almond meal and pastry scented notes. The fine texture makes an immediate impression, super fine, with the rise and rise of stone fruits and citrus, quince notes and pear skin expanding into a lemon curd taste and creaminess. Finishes clean, fresh and elegant.
