Hutton Triptych Chardonnay 2023

Share

Wild finger limes, sparkler flint. Kiwi and golden nectarines. Honeysuckles, cashew praline and biscotti. A thrilling line of acidity backed by sweet spices of oak. There is a hint of sandstone and rocky minerality and lovely wisps of nutmeg and white chocolate. Fruit is perfectly ripe and sits in the yellow citrus and white stone fruit camp. Drink now and will cellar 3- 6 years. A wonderful wine to have with white flakey fish like flathead and bream, maybe with a garlic lemon sauce.
