Juniper Canvas Fiano 2022

I’ve found time and time again that Juniper Estate wines always punch well above their price point and this rings true for the 2022 Canvas Fiano. You are promptly transported to Margaret River with a splendid display of tree fruits. Hanging pears, white peaches and tropical star fruit is followed by a wisp of passionfruit curd. The palate is equally weighted with succulent fruit sweetness, salt spray salinity and salted almonds on the finish. It’s like licking Cyclone popsicles on the foreshore and it’s totally delicious. Drink with your toes in the water.
