Kilikanoon Covenant Shiraz 2019

Beautiful example of a classy Clare Valley Shiraz, the fruit came from various vineyards around the Valley and was fermented separately before blending. It’s a seamlessly structured wine of tremendous poise and presence. Dark plum and chocolate with a little blackberry fill out the aromas. The palate is supple and generous with fine chalky tannins and well-managed oak in support.
