A history wine, though thoroughly modern in its approach, complemented by an elite bottle and label design, and especially by the finesse of the drink inside it. Crafted from the best patches of Riesling across the estate’s vineyards and only free-run juice in its purest form, everything about this wine is subtle and elegant, inviting you to slow down, to delve a little deeper to reveal its magic. The palate also is a delicate flower at the moment, more about a discreet minerally saline sense – best appreciated at the moment in a wine-only tasting, though poised to blossom down the track.
