If you are looking for a wine with a title bit of Italian style, look no further than this pinot grigio. Often Italian grigio can be very delicate in flavour but this organically grown wine, from the hot climate of Sicily, packs plenty of flavour.
It is pale and youthful in colour and quite fruity in style with ripe pear and circus fruits that are bright and fresh. That elegant and user-friendly style continues in the mouth with youthful fruits now lifted by just a touch of savoury, nutty complexity. It is a pleasant wine that is great for a casual drink but could also handle delicately flavoured dishes.
