A traditional method sparkling made 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, no labour or expense has been spared to craft this wine. With the base wine fermented in seasoned French oak, 20% reserve wine addition from vintage 2013 to 2020 and aged on lees for 24 months. Yellow plum, Alpine strawberries and nectarines. Lemon jam, white cherries and shortbread biscuits. A richness from reserve wine means you’ll be rewarded by a richer mid palate than expected but with lift and dancing acidity. This is more than a fizz for celebration; it’s a wine that can be served from entree till final course, ideal with buttery shellfish or cheesy risottos. Drink now.
