Oates Ends Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The third release of the Oates Ends Cabernet Sauvignon and potentially the best yet. Made from a single mature Wilyabrup vineyard, it is a bigger, riper and bolder style, backed by plenty of structure that gives the wine approachability plus plenty of tannins to age well.

Bright mid to deep ruby, it is immediately powerful and generous with layers of black and red currant fruits, some cedar too plus toasty well matched oak. It is then a dry, full-bodied and dense Cabernet that is juicy and fleshy but also has plenty of very fine tannins.
