Oliver’s Taranga Fiano 2022

Apparently, it was a pretty tough year for Fiano in McLaren vale. But you wouldn’t know it after tasting this terrific example. Sure it has reasonably high acid yet the texture and fruit, which was partially fermented in older French oak, has contributed to a lightly textural palate. A wine for drinking over the next few years.
