Pacha Mama Shiraz 2021

Share

Sourced from two sites in Heathcote in the northern end near Colbinabbin. Grown on red Cambrian soils and racked to French oak of which 25% was new. Filled with exotic Moroccan spices, red fig and pomegranate seeds. Sandy terra cotta clay, sweet paprika and ground cumin. Tightly wound this is spring and lively, with density of spice and dusty tannins on the finish. A nice match for chorizo anything but perhaps with sweet peppers and penne pasta. Another wine offering great value.
