Paracombe Chardonnay 2021

The handpicked fruit for this excellent Chardonnay comes from an Adelaide Hills vineyard planted in 1983. It’s a beautifully rich and textured Chardonnay showing a little barrel influence and the complexity of wild yeast fermentation. It’s bright and lively with a peachy citrus combination working neatly. A light lift of lemon zest adds to a sustained finish.
