This bright and aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon blend is beautifully approachable as it delivers an elegant expression of Margaret River. It opens with aromas of fruits of the forest and dried herbs with floral touches and a gravelly edge. Mid-weight and more reserved than the current releases of Ribbon Vale, a bright line of fresh acidity provides impact to the supple flavours with chalky tannins adding a gentle grip. It’s an early drinking style but with plenty of complexity.
