The Lane 19th Meeting Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Share

A fine-boned, age-worthy young Cabernet. Close your eyes. That spice, that heavenly spice component, arrives in layers and is quite intoxicating. Cool climate varietal character is strong here in cassis and leafy aromas backed by clove, cinnamon, a touch of acacia, violet florals and vanilla. The vanillin oak assumes a bigger, more obvious role on the palate tying everything nicely together. The overall impression is one of delicacy within a medium bodied framework. And, yes, that spice is definitely a strong suit and a selling point.
