Parishes Merlot 2022

Lovely, delicious and approachable Merlot from Langhorne Creek. The wine spent a year and a half in oak. Dark maroon colour, the nose offers a rather sumptuous mix of plums, licorice, black cherries, Christmas cake, tobacco leaves, cloves and leather. Ripe and plush, there is much to like here. Supple texture, plenty of length and fine structure on the palate, with gentle tannins. Now for six years.
