Pelorus Rosé NV

Plenty of red berry fruit on the nose backed by autolytic notes of pie crust and freshly baked bread. The palate has a core of soft summer fruits; raspberry and red cherry and although boldly flavoured there is a nice spine of acid. It is then dry and creamy textured with a bright savoury finish.
