Pettavel Sparkling

This is a wine that shows more of the initial primary fruit characters. It’s lightly sparkling, but has good flavor intensity, with a neat combination of citrusy lime and lemon on the nose and just a slight savory character. Good palate texture and a crisp acidity sustains a long finish.
