Year in and year out these wines from the Pewsey Vale vineyard continue to impress. It is of course from one of the great riesling regions with the cooler climate and natural slopes ideal for this variety. This fresh as a daisy riesling from Eden Valley has just so much palate intensity, while retaining a fine sense of delicacy and refinement. There is a massive hit of lemon fragrance from the outset that says riesling, riesling riesling. Then the lemon influence yields to release a mix of spices and dried herbs adding considerable complexity. This carries through to the very long finish with a fine minerally acidity.
