Ravensworth Neighbourly Bianco 2021

Bryan Martin is a thinker who does not mind stepping out of his comfort zone, which is not a bad thing. This is from his Neighbourly Range which are unashamedly wines made for early drinking and to enjoy in the first year or two after harvest. This version is from the Hilltops, Swan Valley and Canberra and is a mix of Fiano and Trebbiano made with minimal intervention. It will appeal to fans of rustic Italian wines and is already showing some development in colour and fruit with exotic honeysuckle, guava and almond aromas before proceeding into a dry, mouth filling and pithy flavoured palate with a lingering finish. It’s got plenty of personality and will appeal to wine drinkers wanting a little walk on the wild side.
