A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the cool reaches of Mount Barker, based on the 2021 vintage with a total of 31 months on lees. A cherry blossom pink hue in the glass. The wine is filled with pink lady apple skin, rainier cherries and lilly pilly fruit. A touch of yellow plum and ruby grapefruit citrus. The wine’s middle palate is plump with bursting white nectarine and crumbles of shortbread, a yielding and plush wine that benefits from its crystalline cool climate fruit and rounded out with a caress of older oak. Divine with smoked trout blinis and crème fraîche.
