Richard Hamilton Long Stem Sparkling Fiano NV

The colour is gorgeous. A subtle pink-orange hue – like a salmon swimming upstream. It’s pretty and aromatic, with mandarin juice, pink musk sticks and fresh peach cobbler. It throws me back to Europe with a definite Aperol-spritz vibe (and I do love a spritz). There’s a confected sweetness too. The palate leans heavily into stone fruit – white peach, nectarine and candied apricot. Not overly complex, but my, it’s an easy drink. Dangerous in fact!
