Ringbolt Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The fruit for this excellent value Margaret River Cabernet is mostly sourced from around the Wilyabrup sub-region. Deep maroon hue. Dry herbs, florals, cherries, chocolate, bay leaves, plums, licorice and cassis to be found on the nose and the flavours carry on to the palate. This has good intensity, focus and a layered texture before spice notes emerge on the palate. Nicely balanced, slightly grippy tannins and with very good length, this is a fine Marg River Cab with a good decade ahead of it.
