Tread Softly Yarra Yalley Chardonnay 2021

Share

The Yarra Valley quite rightly is recognised as one of the country’s leading regions for Chardonnay. But not the big, old fashioned, heavily oaked wines. We are talking about something much more stylish – elegant wines with more delicate fruit flavours. Here is a good example with just a dash of oak to add to what is delicious fruit. Super pale in colour, it has an attractive blend of citrus and floral aromas so well and truly in the cool climate spectrum. It then moves to a bright and juicy palate with more citrus fresh fruit flavours in a light bodied package before a crisp finish. Enjoy with lemon risotto.
