This is quite a delicious and fresh citrus-drenched Riesling at $25. Lemon in water, Makrut lime, citrus blossom, oyster shell minerality. Quite pretty and pure. The palate is juicy and soft with a glow of residual sugar rounding it out more than making it sweet. It’s also citrus-led with lime zest, lemon juice, citrus blossom, and a mineral tone. Nice pithy phenolic structure here with a good burst of acid pushing through the back plate to carry the high-toned citrus through.
