Ubertas Barossa Valley Small Batch Merlot 2020

A flavourful Merlot presenting balance, brightness of fruit and complexity. Primary notes of red and black cherry and black olive mingle with vanilla, leather, dried herbs and earth to create a very tasty wine. The richness makes it great for drinking by itself but it also goes well with food, such as lamb, pasta or sausages.
