Voyager Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2021

Share

A cut above many of the classic Margaret River white blends, this wine packs a serious punch with its pale straw colour followed by powerful and multi-layered aromas of guava, citrus and lanolin fruits given a nice lift thanks to a touch of nougat barrel ferment. The palate is then textural but also controlled with good fruit ripeness and richness underlined by fresh acidity before finishing with reasonable length. Lots to like here and enjoy over the next couple of years, especially with Barramundi and chips topped by homemade tartare sauce.
