A Cabernet Sauvignon that speaks of the land delivering rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, earth and leaf amid a flurry of rich dark berry fruits. It is followed by good depth and concentration of fruit. There’s complexity, too, as plush black fruits work on the palate with roasting herbs, anise, cacao, charry oak and a discreet undercurrent of gumleaf. Dense fine tannins guide this smooth and warm-hearted young Cabernet through to a super long finish.
