That light blush colour is a welcome sign. Clearly not clarified to within an inch of its life, Skilly Valley Pinot Gris is living fresh and in the moment with lifted aromas of acacia, Aussie bush, orange blossom and concentrated lime cordial. A mix of herbals, florals and citrus follows. Delivered with texture and some attractive phenolic grip, the palate is ruled by zippy acidity which drives long, finishing on a high note with a dusty earthiness. Quite delicate, fine in structure overall and definitely dry to taste.
