Fresh and lifted with golden delicious apple, fresh garden herbs and sliced peach with a little dried thyme and oregano. Generous and full – a contented tummy after a big bowl of pasta – but plenty of cleansing acid and texture to refresh. It tastes like a day at the beach – a testament to how well we do the Italian varieties here in Australia.
