This well composed 2022 Shiraz opens slowly but then delivers a rich tapestry of roasted olive, licorice, and clove aromas with a gentle meaty edge. Palpable tension underpins flavours dominated by spice before tightening up to a tangy finish. Understated and needs a couple of years in bottle to flesh out.
