Anon Pinot Noir 2020

Morello cherries, pomegranate molasses and blackberries. Dried autumn leaves, tobacco pouch and swiss mushrooms. There is a hint of sumac and pink peppercorn with a real earthiness at its core. Cassia bark, cola spice and dry tannins. Drink now or will cellar for a further 1-2 years. A wine that would look at home by the fire with a plate of cured meats, marinated olives and charred bread
