Château Tanunda Grand Barossa Chardonnay 2025

Share

Packs a lot into its price point, including the exotic, which takes it above your average $25 Aussie Chardonnay. Dusty lemon citrus and earthy aromas combine with grilled grapefruit, lemon curd and a light sprinkling of herbal notes. Each return to the glass reveals that little bit more.  A foundation of citrus and apple is lifted by earthy ginger and lemongrass under the influence of a leesy almond nuttiness which, in turn, brings a touch of savouriness. Creamy and complex, it hits a lot of the right Chardonnay notes, including an ability to go with a range of foods.
