Anvers Pinot Gris Gewürztraminer 2025

Share

A blend of 77% Pinot Gris and 23% Gewurztraminer, on light lees for 2 months. There is plenty of sunshine and intensity of orchard fruit here. Pink lady apples, pears and white cherries. The thoughtful inclusion of Gewurztraminer allows more of the floral notes in the Pinot Gris to shine, turning this wine into a very pretty picture. Blush nectarine and white daisies. The palate focuses on some nice nectarous texture, smooth, supple and with enough acidity to keep the lemon citrus character flowing all the way through. Some oatmeal and almond on the finish, which compliments the hint of mangosteen and ginger warmth. A wine fit for crunchy garden greens and chunks of fatty Thai pork belly. Drink now.
