Apogee Alto Pinot Noir 2021

A concentrated nose with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, red plums, and red cherries. Then, a fragrant scent of red flowers, sprinkle of cinnamon, some vanilla, freshly roasted coffee beans and a meaty, bresaola-like note. It’s a wine that keeps revealing with some air and time in the glass. The palate is bright and juicy with soft tannins, the core is fruity and voluptuous, the spicy flavours from oak are nudging. The finish is lip-smacking, red fruited and unbroken.
