Artis Single Vineyard Riesling 2018

Share

I’m thrilled to hear this wine was inspired by Alsace as it has all the hallmarks of that delightful orchard fruit like ripe pears, yellow apple, ginger blossom and lemonade fruit. A balance of stainless steel and French oak barriques provide the perfect combination for freshness and texture. In fact, the dimension of weight across the palate is quite remarkable and still finishes with zippy acidity and a stroke of sweetness that hauls flavour till the very end. Drink with pork and fennel sausage and a rustic root vegetable mash.
