In other words, it comes from the heart of Barolo!  More specifically, the grapes were sourced from 3 vineyards in Barolo commune at the border of Monforte commune. This 2020 is a serious, meaty rendition of this wine!  Deep and savoury, roasted bone broth and cocoa notes with Campari, rose water and petal undertones. The tannins are dense and round with a faint herbal edge. It is proportional and structured and finishes on a top note.
