Bellarine Estate James’ Paddock Chardonnay 2022

Share

Bellarine Peninsula’s signature white grape shines in this delightfully vibrant young Chardonnay. Yellow peach, melon, grilled grapefruit aromas are supported by creamy almond meal. Succulent nectarine, tropical and citrus flavours are cushioned by mealy, nougat with a hint of complexing lees. Quite tropical and slippery, deliciously so. And energetic, too, with bright acidity slotting in nicely. Kicks in with a hint of preserved lemon and ginger to close. To enjoy in the liveliness of youth or to age a little further? I vote for the former.
