Boasso Barbera d’Alba Superiore 2021

Share

All Serralunga sourced, this is big-gun, high-end Barbera with a sense that it really wants to be Nebbiolo. And all power to it for that alone. It’s darkly coloured, with rich, dark chocolate and ripe fruit through and through. Full bodied, structured with undeniable acidity and supportive, fine tannins providing plenty of palate drive, the finish resonating with a teasing pepperiness. Lots to love.
